In the uncommon event that a warranty issue should arise, we use our quality control database system. This tried and tested system enables us to quickly follow through any problem until it is either solved or a replacement part is sent. Should a problem arise that has fallen outside of our warranty period, our experienced Quality Engineers are trained to analyse the problem and provide either a solution or a quotation for an in-house repair.

Our manufacture process benefits from a number of quality checks from the time componant parts arrive at our premises through to the final packing and despatch stages. We also have dedicated Customer Sales Representatives to our product lines, ensuring that a good after sales service is provided.
